Ethylene Propylene O-rings
Parco’s ethylene-propylene (EPDM) O-rings provide superior resistance to water and steam, alcohols, glycol engine coolants and similar polar fluids. EPDM is not recommended for petroleum based fluids and fuels.
Individual EPDM compounds have service temperatures within the range from -65 to +300°F, including certain compounds formulated for higher temperatures. Parco’s most popular high performance EPDM compounds for O-rings are listed below.
