Parco Acquires Hydr-O-Seal
Despite the slow general economy, Parco had record orders and shipments in 2008. To further increase sales, Parco acquired Hydr-O-Seal on January 16, 2009.
The combination of Parco and Hydr-O-Seal creates one of North America’s largest companies supplying rubber seals. The acquisition brings together one of the leading manufacturers of rubber seals with one of the largest distributors of imported rubber seals. The combined company will offer an unmatched breadth of domestic and imported rubber seals.
Hydr-O-Seal will continue to operate from its current facility in Irvine, California. All Hydr-O-Seal employees, including its previous owners, Chris and Mike Conway, will remain active in the business to ensure that Hydr-O-Seal’s customers continue to receive excellent service.
