Custom Molded Rubber Seals

Parco specializes in custom molded seals. We produce custom molded products in outside dimensions ranging from 0.500 to 20 inches, and thicknesses from 0.050 to 2 inches. To maintain the highest quality we make our own molds, develop and mix our own compounds, and mold our parts in computer-controlled presses.

Custom Shapes

Parco makes a variety of custom molded rubber seals including rubber balls, molded gaskets, molded square cut parts, rubber sheets, cord stock, brine seals, and U-cups. Provide us with a part drawing when you request a quote and we’ll determine if we can manufacture your design.

Packing Elements

Packing elements (packers) are commonly used in the oil field industry for drilling or well completion systems. Parco’s packing elements are available in inside diameters from 1 to 8 inches, outside diameters from 3 to 12 inches, and lengths from 1/4 to 8 inches.

Compensators

Compensators are dome shaped parts made from molded rubber. Those parts are used in oil field drill bits to equalize lubricant pressure with the borehole pressure. Parco manufactures compensators in a variety of sizes and can bond those seals with metal.
