Parco Acquires Tactical Sealing Technologies

Ontario, California, August 25, 2014 – Parco is on pace for another record year in 2014. To further increase sales, Parco acquired Tactical Sealing Technologies (TST) on August 25, 2014.

The combination of Parco and TST creates one of North America’s largest companies supplying seals and components to the Oil & Gas industry. The acquisition brings together one of the largest manufacturers of rubber seals with one of the leading manufacturers of machined high performance thermoplastic parts, machined metal components, and molded rubber parts.

TST will continue to operate from its current facility in Montgomery, Texas. All TST employees will remain active in the business to ensure that TST’s customers continue to receive excellent service.
