Founded in 1941, Parco was the first manufacturer to specialize in making O-rings, still our primary product. Parco sells to many Fortune 500 companies, who demand world-class quality. To maintain that quality, we make our own molds in a vertical machining center, mix our own rubber, and mold our parts in computer-controlled presses. Parco's quality system is certified to international standard ISO 9002 and aerospace standards AS 7115 and AS 9000. Our management system is certified to automotive standard QS 9000 and our laboratory is certified to international standard ISO 17025. We are a union-free company with few layers of management and a focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for recent college graduates and experienced graduates in fields such as production management, chemistry, industrial engineering, sales, information systems, and accounting.
