Parco provides full-time employees these excellent benefits:

Paid Vacation

  • Two to four weeks of paid vacation a year, depending on employee's length of service

Paid Holidays

  • Ten paid holidays a year

Medical Plans

  • There is a choice of three medical plans: two health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and one indemnity (PPO) plan
  • The employee pays $15 for each visit to a doctor
  • Each medical plan covers prescription drugs
  • The company pays most of the premiums for the three medical plans.

Dental Plans

  • There is a choice of two dental plans: an HMO and an indemnity (PPO) plan
  • Orthodontia is included for California employees
  • The company pays most of the premiums for both dental plans.

401(k) Retirement Plan

  • An employee may begin making contributions to the Parco, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan after completing only three months service
  • Company offers matching contributions
  • Each participant may select from 15 investment options
  • Each participant may change his investment options at any time.
