Parco provides full-time employees these excellent benefits:
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Three to five weeks of PTO a year, depending on employee's length of service
Paid Holidays
- Ten paid holidays a year
Medical Plans
- There is a choice of three medical plans: two health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and one indemnity (PPO) plan
- Each medical plan covers prescription drugs
- The company pays most of the premiums for the three medical plans.
Dental Plans
- There is a choice of two dental plans: an HMO and an indemnity (PPO) plan
- Orthodontia is included for California employees
- The company pays most of the premiums for both dental plans.
Group Life Insurance
- Parco covers 100% of the cost of group life insurance for all employees
- The company pays for coverage up to 2 times an employee’s annual salary not to exceed $200,000
- Parco also offers the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance coverage.
Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
- Parco covers 100% of the cost of LTD for all employees
- If disabled, this coverage pays 66 2/3% of employees’ regular pay up to normal Social Security retirement age.
401(k) Retirement Plan
- An employee may begin making contributions to the Parco, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan after completing only three months service
- Company offers matching contributions after one year service
- Employee and employer contributions are 100% vested
- Each participant may select from 15 investment options
- Each participant may change his investment options at any time.
